Summary:
The Traffic Assistant must have the ability to interact with all levels of staff. They must be able to see the bigger picture and prioritize tasks as they arise. Someone with a keen eye for detail will flourish in this role.
Responsibilities:
The Traffic Assistant will work closely with the Sales Department. Responsibilities include inputting broadcast orders/revisions/cancellations, manipulating commercial log to ensure proper separation between categories and maximize revenue, producing and reconciling daily commercial logs, scheduling network spots, and completing online affidavits. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to frequent and last-minute changes.
Requirements:
Experience with broadcast traffic/scheduling software Wide Orbit a PLUS.
Detail-oriented with the discipline and capacity to follow-through on projects.
Must possess the ability to work in what will initially be a “streamlined” operation.
