General Description:
The Membership and Guest Services Manager is responsible for system administration, analytics, and customer service for the Christian Family Centre. This position is a leadership role that delegates, oversees, and directs the Customer Service Manager, Facility Supervisors, Kids Care Manager and their respected areas of responsibility. Reporting analysis, systems maintenance and implementation of ministry strategy are essential to this role and require communication with all departments across the facility. This position requires attention to detail, understanding of point of sale systems and accounting functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and the ability to lead and influence other people and teams towards excellence.
