Job Description:

Beulah Presbyterian Church, in the eastern suburbs at the crossroads of Penn Hills and Churchill, has an opening for a part-time Custodian working 29 hours a week in the church and preschool.   The schedule requires the custodian to be on site four evenings and every other weekend.  The Custodian reports to a Facilities Coordinator.

 

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years prior experience in a large facility performing general cleaning and maintenance, be able to follow detailed instructions in a timely manner, be flexible to changing work hours, keep the supervisor informed of progress and able/willing to respond to basic requests from church staff.   Demonstrated experience in tile floor maintenance and carpet cleaning required.

 

The candidate must have a strong saving faith and be able to provide a brief faith statement.   Act 33/34 Clearances will be obtained before date of hire.
