Job Description:

Part-time bookkeeping opportunity (in Southwest Michigan) for hardworking, personable and technologically competent individual. Work with dedicated and mission-oriented people, handling all invoicing, data entry, and business aspects of the ministry. Position also involves answering calls, and other administrative tasks for this stable, well-respected not-for-profit counseling ministry for people in ministry.

 

This is a part-time position of approximatly 20 flexible hours a week. The right candidate will exhibit strong accounting and data entry skills using a computerized system. Candidates need to be kind, assertive, team-oriented self-starters with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. A college degree in related field is required. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

Our mission is to come alongside pastors and missionaries and their families who have experienced trauma, are burned out, or are hurting in some other way; ministering to them and sending them back into their own ministries restored, refreshed, and renewed. We also come alongside missionaries and pastors in a preventative way, helping them maximize their personal health and resilience and in helping them maximize their ministry effectiveness. Last year we have leaders come from 47 different countries and 10 states. We are a Christian ministry.
