The City Mission has served homeless and in-crisis men in Cleveland for over 100 years. We serve, on average, 100 men each night. About half of these men participate in daytime programming including support groups, counseling, case management, classes,
and job readiness skills. We are seeking an experienced leader in Gospel Rescue Mission men's crisis care to lead this crisis center. We have a vibrant Mental Health Services, believe in collaborating with local agencies so that we are not duplicating services,
and work with a matrix to track the client's progress from crisis to stability. The ideal candidate will have experience creating, implementing, and evaluating relevant programming while tracking and reporting on measurable outcomes, particularly as it relates
to housing and employment; as well as demonstrated experience leading staff in various capacities.

- 5 years of experience of management and supervision
- Extensive experience in evaluation and developing programming for men in crisis
- Demonstrated skills in vision casting and leadership
- Team building skills and staff development
- Commitment to our statement of faith and a life lived conformed to biblical principals
- Professes Jesus as Lord and Savior
- Believes the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, & ultimate authoritative Word of God (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:21)
- Patterns life after the example of Jesus and the commands and principles found in the Bible
- Minimum 5 years' experience dealing with men in crisis and experiencing homelessness
- Desires to serve the Lord in the ministry of rescue
