We are looking for a genuine, dedicated, energetic, motivated and mission-minded team member who is ready to accept the challenge of nurturing current donor relationships and cultivating new funding relationships for general operations and capital campaigns; establish and maintain a planned giving program; establish and manage a corporate and foundation grant writing program; coordinate and manage large fundraising events; manage the ministry website; build identity through a targeted communications program; maintain a positive image of the ministry; speak in front of a variety of church or civic groups and attend conferences to present needs and promote programs.
Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Six (6) years' successful professional development experience with a history of foundation, corporate and/or Christian non-profit fundraising.
Advanced communication skills.
