Social Services - House Parents/Husband-Wife Team Needed
A Residential Group Home for abused and neglected teens ages 13-19 is seeking a full time husband and wife team to serve as Teaching Parents. Our program is a ministry of Christian based rearing in homes run as normal to family daily life for these children to experience and learn from. The homes are located on our beautiful ranch in Southern West Virginia, where four true seasons are experienced. This is a live-in position with good pay and excellent benefits. Personal housing is provided as well for your days off of working in the residential home. Our horses that roam the ranch are used in Egala Equine Therapy as well with our program.
Our benefits package also includes employer provided health insurance for each employee (husband and wife) after a 60 day probationary period. Vacation & sick time is available after one year of employment.
Only Seious Candidates will be considered. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment, as well as being cleared by a state and federal background investigation that the employer will pay for.
