The core mission of the Storybrook/Special Needs Director (elementary age campers) is to deliver an outstanding experience to all campers, parents, and guests who visit the camp property and participate in summer camp and fall retreats. The Storybrook/Special Needs Director is responsible to recruit, hire, develop and retain Summer Leaders for SpringHill while creating a culture that reflects the core values of SpringHill.
