Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Full Time
WGTK Marketing
- Attend promotional events, including set up & breakdown of equipment, provide support and interact with listeners
- Organize and maintain promotional supplies/giveaways
- Daily interacting with the hosts & producers to generate quality social media content, listening to radio shows to post & tweet in real time, and managing social media growth.
- Other duties as assigned
Sales Coordinator/Client Services
- Write specific proposals that address prospect’s need & goals from information provided by Sales Reps
- Act as a liaison between clients and our stations as you service the client’s changing needs
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
- Organize weekly prospecting reviews and sales projection reports
Sales / Online Shopping Show
- Prospect and set up Meetings with Potential Business Owners/Clients
- Manage Online Shopping Show site including obtaining, inputting, and marketing all inventory
- Write Effective Radio Commercials, working closely with Production, Traffic & Web teams to ensure seamless execution
- Set appointments, conduct consultant interviews with new prospects
- Schedule and implement campaigns to maximize listeners response while keeping within client’s budgetary constraints
Digital Sales
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all digital ad products and track their performance and effectiveness against various marketing goals
- Responsible for building, executing, and monitoring successful digital media advertising campaigns
- Work to encourage adoption of digital advertising products and services through creating the necessary awareness and education of these offerings both internally & externally to our advertisers and prospects
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
- Experience working in a digital advertising operations role
- Experience working directly with sales and marketers
- Must be comfortable interacting with people at events, outgoing personality is a plus
- Must be able to multi-task and have exceptional organization skills
- Must be efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, and Photoshop
- Good writing skills and creativity are integral to this position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
