Salem Church Products, a subsidiary of Salem Media Group, is searching for a Customer Experience Specialist to work on ChurchStaffing.com, ChristianJobs.com, & SermonSearch.com! We are hoping to add someone to our team who is creative, has top-notch problem-solving skills, and is ready to come to work every day to help us serve churches and pastors all over the country.

In This Position, You’ll Be…

• Providing customer service via email and phone.
• Helping customers find that “ah-ha” moment through the investigation, troubleshooting, and solving of any technical issues they face.
• Contributing to the growth of our sites through on-site and email content management (writing, proofreading, and uploading various content - including sermons and articles).
• Interacting with churches and pastors around the world who contribute to our websites
• Maintaining & analyzing sales reports and customer trends.
• Learning & helping manage an ever-evolving technology stack and apps to optimize customer experience

• Have strong organization skills & attention to detail
• Are able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pace environment
• Can communicate clearly and effectively
• Can work independently or as part of a team, whether in-person or remotely
• Are great at not only solving problems, but identifying them
• Have the ability to interact others with empathy, integrity, and a high level of professionalism
• Experience with website administration system, CMS, helpdesk software or willingness to learn a variety of technology platforms
